AIR CONDITIONING SERVICES

1.    Cleaning of evaporator unit with pressurized water and air.

2.    Cleaning of condenser unit with pressurized water and air.

3.    Check air flow with anemometer.

4.    Check noise produced from evaporator and condenser units with vibration meter and decibel meter.

5.    Check amount of refrigerant in the system by superheat and subcool method.

6.    Perform refrigerant leak test in the ACU system and lineset with ultrasonic leak detector

7.    Check compressor electrical system by continuity and insulation resistance test and replace damage compressor if found.

8.    Check electrical system of fan motor by continuity and insulation resistance test and replace damaged fan motor if found.
